Amended News Release for Bonus Shares

Further to our first June 5, 2002 News Release, Amerigo confirms it has arranged a loan of $50,000 from Golden Capital Securities Ltd. The amended number of bonus common shares (20% of the principle amount) is 50,000 and will be paid subject to regulatory acceptance.
